　　■ 海南日报记者刘袭特约记者李珂　　牛青利是驻儋某部一级军士长郝明杰的妻子，她丈夫今年44岁，荣立三等功3次，在艰苦地区任职3年以上，军龄25年，量化积分靠前。参加招聘考试，牛青利笔试、面试成绩优异，最终她综合成绩排名第12，被儋州市那大镇中心小学录用。她说：“我支持丈夫安心服役，将努力踏实工作，为儋州教育事业发展作贡献。” 　　据了解，儋州市从2020年度随军家属中公开招聘事业单位人员，综合成绩由笔试、面试、量化积分3部分组成，对正营职以上干部及一级军士长的军龄、职务级别、奖惩情况等量化打分，得出量化积分，综合成绩靠前及符合岗位条件的随军家属优先选择工作岗位。今年5月底，在儋州市退役军人事务局的统一协调下，稳妥安置的2020年度19名随军家属已全部入职上岗。今年是历年来儋州安�
