A 25-year-old songwriter from Enniscorthy is on the cusp of international stardom after being signed to leading British music label, 3ToneMusic, and releasing his debut single, Sold My Soul .
Reuben Hester is a past pupil of St Aidan s Parish School and Enniscorthy Vocational College, having moved to Enniscorthy from the UK when he was two-years-old.
He recently featured on the show, Little Mix The Search, which was aimed at finding young singers good enough to form a boyband to support Little Mix on tour.
Through that Reuben endeared himself to the massively successful chart-topping band.
Such was the impression that he made on the superstars that they actually kicked him off the show before the final live shows because they felt he d be better off as a solo artist. ....
