It happened monday afternoon as a boy named griffin was with his nanny and another toddler at the play structure of peoples park in berkeley. MOUNT OLIVE â The University of Mount Olive board of trustees recently appointed five new members to its 30-member board. The new members include Pam Hardison Braxton of Deep Run, Paula Coates of Benson, Sylvia Herring of Benson, Borden Franklin âFrankieâ Howell Jr. of Goldsboro, and Robert Wilkerson of Greenville. The members will serve a six-year term, except for Herring, who is filling an unexpired term for the next two years, said Rhonda Jessup, UMO director of public relations.
