What a mess! Blue and green bags have been ransacked by vagrants frequenting the Annandale and Greeff flats in the CBD.
GEORGE NEWS - Hiccups with the removal of household refuse have given rise to a public outcry stretching from Blanco and the CBD to Bergsig.
Some note that the removal of their black bags have been skipped for weeks, others have issues getting rid of their blue and green bags. 
When they don t fetch the bags the vagrants make a complete mess and leave it literally on our doorsteps, said Nita Otto, an irate resident living in a flat behind the George Police Station. ....
