A mistrial was declared last month as the trial of a Camdenton man charged with killing his next-door neighbors was set to begin. Now, a second change of venue has been granted in the case.
According to online court records of a Tuesday hearing before Judge Kenneth Hayden, the case of Steven Endsley, 59, will not be heard in Cass County, which is near Kansas City. The first change of venue moved the case from Camden County to Laclede County, which is where motion hearings will continue to be held the first one at the end of the month. No new trial date was announced. ....
