Reporter good morning. An investigation is underway. No one from the school would come out and talk with us in person. We know the student died foll following an altercation. Just after 9 00 last night employees claimed they were trying to restrain the boy. We are still waiting official details from police. No confirmed cause of death but we are told the boy lives here and he was unresponsive from the fourth floor. It is a private school for children who have academic challenges. We just received a statement that reads although we are shocked and saddened by this event it is an Ongoing Investigation and we are unable to comment further at this time.
