Evacuations. The rocky fire has spanned to 5,500 acres and is threatening 600 structures. Good evening everyone im heather holmes. And im ken wayne. The county announced new evacuations just a couple of hours ago. Deputys have been going door to door telling people to get out. These areas are added to an already large number of evacuations. The fire more than doubled in size overnight and is now 54,000 acres. Crews spent the day building and strengthening fire lines. For more on the situation lets check in with joe fletcher.
