Reporter around 5 30 last night a group of children including the 6yearold boy were sledding down this driveway in the 7100 block of matthew mills road in mclean just off old dominion drive. The little boy slid down the driveway into the street head first just as a 2015 lexus was passing through. Oh, my goodness, the fragility of life you never know when its going to be your turn or your familys turn. Reporter the 65yearold driver heard a loud noise and got out to help the boy. They had him on a stretcher and paramedics around him. They put him in the back of the ambulance. Reporter he was flown to Inova Fairfax hospital in life threatening condition.
