Im becky quick along with yoe kernen and Andrew Ross Sorkin. As joe mentioned, we are seeing green arrows today reversing a lot of the losses that we saw yesterday. Yesterday the dow was down by 317, this morning it picked up 272 points in the futures so far. Also the s p up by about 32 after it was country down by 1 yesterday. And nasdaq up by 95 this morning after it was down about 76 points yesterday yesterday was the worst day of the month, but there are crazy good numbers dow up by 10 for the honesty to da month to date and nasdaq is up 7 for the month of november so far too. Also lets take a look at the treasury market. The ten year note is sitting right at 0. 896 . So back below 0. 9 , we had flirted with the idea of seeing it finally hit 1 , but it is not there yet. Andrew thanks, becky as joe mentioned, president elect joe biden has nowofficially won the state of arizona, nbc making that call late last night. He is the first democrat to win in arizona since president clinton b

Markets sort of whipsawed by the tweets last night from the president trying to figure out exactly where we are how are investors supposed to take this today . Well, you know, i truly do believe, scott, even after the president s tweet yesterday that sent the markets down almost 500 points in a very short period of time, the last hour and 15 minutes of the day, i still belief theres the possibility we have out there, and i brought this up last time i was on with you guys, the idea i thought we would get one done by the weekend or through the weekend obviously with some of the tweets and so forth, but then the president immediately seemed to have flipped back around and be a part of this whole thing. I do think we will see a stimulus at some point in the not too distant future because of that, i think it gives you a great opportunity on that dip yesterday, and obviously youre seeing a pretty nice rise today. We know what the temperature is of the markets and what people want to hear and
Over by 250 points and this morning you are seeing green arrows for the s p 500 and nasdaq, nasdaq right now up by about 122 points in the future market and that is pretty impressive you are now talking about four days in a row that you have seen gains for the major averages all are within 5 of their 52 week highs and in fact the transports set a new alltime high yesterday too. Right now the dow futures are indicated a little down by about 61 points. Were watching a lot of things that have been happening including news with Johnson Johnson, and earnings are coming out too. And if you want to take a look at the treasury market, right now you will see that the ten year seems to be sitting just around 0. 759 . So not far from where it has been yep, earnings are supposed to take the baton from stimulus hopes, which i dont know whether those are fleeting or not. But supposedly the earnings might be pretty good yesterday kind of weird all the stay at home new age tech stuff was strong as i t
Pizza. One stock serving up serious game thanks to leftovers the dow was up over 500 points the rally, driven in part by President Trump who made an about face on stimulus, putting aid back in play before the november election. So, can we expect this rally to continue you know what struck me about todays rally is that we what is that, mel that we closed nine points higher than when we closed yesterday. We are better off today hoping for piecemeal parts to the stimulus plan than yesterday i made it a point, albeit clumsy, that President Trump, in my opinion, is extraordinarily focused on the stock market. The administration has said it for years, the stock market is a report how well hes doing so for him to tweet something and then watch the dow jones g straight line, it had to be upsetting. I thoughi didnt think it wouldn six hours later, but we are here i think they have learned how to speak the language of the stock market to your point, nothing has changed, but here we are increment
