Whether Brendan Dassey will be released from prison, hes serving a life sentence for the mushed of teresa halbach. Earlier in the year the conviction was over turned and ordered a new trial. Yesterday the state attorney general filed an appeal to stop the release. He said that the attorneys are claiming that the o confession was coerced and even if it was, it is not meaning that dassey didnt help his uncle kill halbach and should be considered a Public Safety issue. He asked the court of appeals to decide on the emergency motion by this afternoon. The attorney is hoping hes coming home for thanksgiving.
