There are points at which the condensation funnel is not as well defined. in some cases, it appears to not be hitting the ground. but it is certainly still there. there is a circulation still in place, going all the way to the ground. and so that is a damaging tornado. i fear that we ll be hearing about some very serious damage and possibly injuries or worse. we re also getting reports of other possible tornadoes on the ground. what else can you tell us? this is not the only activity being reported in that area of north texas right now. no, and i haven t had a moment to update, but i can see that there are three tornado warnings in progress right now. one of those is now in between ft. worth and dallas. it looks like it is coming into the arlington area. we have another area there. there is another tornado warning on the northwest side of ft. worth and ft. worth metro area there. all of these storms are ....
Having dodged, obviously, the worst of this to deploy resources? i imagine most communities won t be hit, fortunately, by these tornadoes, but those will be the communities that will have to rise to the occasion. right. and we are the city that puts a lot of resources into emergency management, and we cooperate regionally, so, for example, we have a large command truck that we sent to joshua which was more directly hit by some of the storms earlier today, and our truck is still there helping coordinate resources, and if we need to, i m sure we ll be sending some folks to just northeast a little bit later. we were talking to eddie bernice johnson, the congresswoman, a few moments ago from the region, and she was saying that the last time tornadoes like this touched down in the dallas-ft. worth area was in the 90s but that since then ....

and that heat can cause and create another thunderstorm ind behind it. wichita, texas, was hit by two large and deadly tornadoes just hours apart. right down the exact same line. here s what we have. let s do a reset. about two hours ago, we had a severe thunderstorm watch. we had hail coming down, the size almost of tennis balls. then all of a sudden that watch was upgraded to a tornado watch because the storms are beagaining to rotate. then we had two storms out by themselves. those two storms were right in the dallas and the ft. worth area. this is a picture of it earlier. this is near hutch kins. this isn t current. this is about one hour ago. we had this video live on the air just to the east of 35-e. it s now not rotating enough i don t believe to put down a significant tornado as it moves just to the west of necessary kweet. it could regenerate. they do that. these tornadoes can skip up and down. to the west of this big storm that you re seeing now was another ....
