Pleasantville’s softball and baseball squads came up short to Interstate-35, as the softball team suffered a 9-4 loss while the baseball squad lost 13-7. The Trojans’ softball squad surrendered seven runs in the final three innings after being up 4-2 after four. Pleasantville lost despite out-hitting the Roadrunners 10-9. Amber McKinney led the way for the Trojans, finishing two for four with three RBIs. Faith Vanderhart, Riley Thill, Josie Sowers, and Sydni Septer all had doubles in the loss.
