This is the adorable moment a protective cat does all he can to stop his owner s toddler from climbing the railings of their tower block balcony. 
The video was filmed by the owner at their home in Bucaramanga, Columbia, and sees the feline deliver a number of gentle swipes to the one-year-old s hands as he clings onto the balcony railings.
Despite appearing to be in mortal danger on the sky-high balcony the child was in fact safe all along as a security mesh surrounds the balcony - unbeknownst to the caring cat. ....
