“七一勋章”获得者黄大发的外孙况维，在遵义市播州区平正乡政府科教中心工作。他说，看完庆祝大会，为自己是一名中国人感到骄傲。他说，外公黄大发在村任职40多年，一直为老百姓做事，无论遇到什么困难，都从不放弃，这种精神也影响了自己。� ....
