Two bovines were electrocuted in a rain-related incident when they came in touch with the structure erected for a power supply distribution point (DP) in Garbada taluka of Dahod district. The incident occurred at around 6.30 am on Tuesday. Residents informed officials of the Madhya Gujarat Vij Company Ltd (MGVCL) regarding the incident. Sources said that a third bovine was also present near the two dead ones and was about to go near the DP. Residents have suggested to officials that they should install a grill around the DP. Dahod district received significant rainfall since Monday afternoon. Garbada taluka too had recorded rainfall on Monday and Tuesday morning. ....
