Merdeka.com - Wakil Ketua DPRD Takalar Muh Jabir alias Daeng Bonto terbukti bersalah menebang pohon tanpa izin di kawasan Suaka Margasatwa Ko mara, Takalar, Sulawesi Selatan. Dia dijatuhi hukuman 1 tahun penjara dan denda Rp1 miliar subsider 2 bulan kurungan.
Vonis itu dijatuhkan majelis hakim Pengadilan Negeri (PN)
Makassar, yang diketuai Ibrahim Palino, didampingi dua anggota, Zulkifli dan Faizal Akbaruddin Taqwa. Putusan dibacakan, Senin (14/6) lalu.
Menyatakan Terdakwa H Muhammad Jabir alias Daeng Bonto telah terbukti secara sah dan meyakinkan bersalah melakukan tindak pidana menebang pohon di dalam kawasan hutan tanpa memiliki hak atau izin dari pejabat yang berwenang, sebagaimana dalam dakwaan alternatif kesatu, demikian bunyi putusan yang dikutip dari SIPP Pengadilan Negeri Ma ....
