U S District Court Judge Cynthia Rufe to be honored for work in law, community

Rufe has been named 2021 “Woman of Influence,” an accolade to be presented by Pearl S. Buck International at a dinner and awards ceremony June 24 on the grounds of the Pearl S. Buck House, 520 Dublin Road.  Rufe, a Bucks County native who serves as a judge of the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, will be the guest of honor at a dinner and award presentation from 6 to 8 p.m. Guests attending the event will be required to follow COVID-19 health and safety protocols, including social distancing and mask-wearing.
