Last year, i closed my state of the state by saying, in times of hardship, opportunities for growth emerges. Theres no doubt the past couple of years have presented incredible challenges. Our frontline workers in health care, public safety, and education, in particular, have done an exceptional job. Today, we have a few of those pandemic heroes with us. They are nurses, doctors, police officers, guardsmen, and teachers. I would like to invite them to stand and please, everyone, please join me and recognize them and their colleagues in thanking them for their service to our great state.
