Welcome back. it s one of the most pressing issues facing the u.s. heading into the new year. cybersecurity. 2021 was a banner year for hackers, with cyber attacks disrupting countless schools, businesses, government systems and critical infrastructure. those attacks left cybersecurity officials and lawmakers scrambling for ways to shore up the country s defense. knowing that places like russia, china and iran are looking for new ways to breach those defenses. for more i m joined by one of the country s foremost experts on this issue, suzanne spalleder is a senior advisor for homeland security at the center for strategic and international studies, she was in charge of the government agency tasked with protecting the nation s critical infrastructure from cyber attacks when she served in the department of homeland security. let s start things off. this head line from axios might sum it up best, 2021 was the year cybersecurity became everyone s problem. what are some of your biggest conce ....
