• Developing policies and procedures and providing the required training to staff to facilitate the efficient provision of custody services.

• Ensuring the collection of executed agreements, applicable AML/KYC documentation and the completion of required tasks to facilitate the successful on-boarding of clients, including the proper transfer of assets to the custodian, to avoid breach of applicable agreements and regulations.

• Where necessary, approving transactions (eg trade settlements, fund transfers, securities transfers) in a timely manner to satisfy client and regulatory requirements.

• Ensuring compliance with periodic reporting requirements for regulators and clients; the provision of any additional information requested and the resolution of client queries. ....
