thanks so much for joining us. that pilot had to put the huge air ship down in the middle of fishtown and new video now shows the harrowing moments just after it landed but as eyewitness news reporter alexandria hoff shows us, the man at the controls never lost his cool. reporter: rubberneckers experienced an extra strain during their friday commute as a blimp was dragged and then billowed just off of i-95. i knew i could land it was just a matter of finding a spot to land. reporter: this was long time pilot trevor thompson s third run above philadelphia in two days hadn t planned to return to where he had taken off from at kroc center field in camden. look, it s getting lower. reporter: but around 6:30 p.m. it was clear that wasn t happening. we were flying about 1 mile north of the ben franklin bridge when he had a first engine failure. reporter: the blimp or thermal air ship owned by air science and displaying adhesive company bostic was restarted and then
developing right now at 11 o clock, gun shots at a local convenience store. tonight three people are in the hospital and neighbors are reacting to the chaos that unfolded just outside of their front doors. good evening, i believe i m natasha brown. the shooting happened just after 8 o clock tonight. eyewitness news reporter trang do is there now with the very latest details. trang. reporter: well, natasha, we know three people were shot outside of this convenience store here at tenth street and pine lane but police are not releasing their ages genders or conditions as of yet. this shooting happened just after 8:00 p.m. with several customers inside that convenience store. worker told me he heard at least 17 gun shots that everyone in the store immediately jumped not ground. outside of that store there were dozens of those orange evidence markers, many identifying bullet casings, also an suv parked outside of the store had its window completely shot out. a man who
