Our business for the night time kicks at 3 30 and people come at will by the time at troukts its a busy time for as you us on the weekend by troukts we have 40 or 50 people i remember there was an incident i had to request customers that you know im sorry but we are closing down soon i remember i sent almost 15 customers back we didnt take their orders we want obviously were in the business you know finance and the situations of the business is not as if it was 5 or 7 years ago there are so many expenses and so many things to pay the wages everything is going up the menus maybe the whole day weve worked and those ten or 15 customers are the profit were taking home so we want a window where we can you know accommodate that you know because of a bunch of customers and serve them now goin ....

Customer come to our food and you im sorry youre in the middle of your food and now 3 30 there are two things we dont want to break the law were only allowed until 3 30 and should we ask our customers to go off the premises and leave their dishes we we were in a situation we were we didnt know what to do i mean i came to cammy and asked to extend it we dont want to you know losing business so this is the main thing why we want a one hour extension with our customers like it comes like 3 oclock they have their food. On a typical friday or saturday how many people are in our establishment at 3 30. You median the customers. Yes. One hundred to one hundred and 50 sometimes one hundred and 75. So youre at capacity anothers 3 30 in the morning. Not one moment im not saying that the particular moment but.
