Melissa is a Texas native who grew up in Houston and graduated from the University of Texas. She started her career in the Austin financial services industry and enjoyed helping people in the community make sound, informed financial decisions. She grew up watching her grandparents run their own business and knew ultimately that she wanted to do the same.
Melissa Fleming is co-owner of the Fleming & Conway Allstate Agency. She and her business partner, Kelly Conway, have been helping clients for the past ten years with their home, auto, commercial, and supplemental benefits insurance needs.
