The development of a new £40 million campus for the Northern Regional College (NRC) has been welcomed as a significant boost to the economy at a very challenging time . The Economy Minister Diane Dodds was speaking following the appointment of Heron Bros as the lead contractor to build the new NRC Coleraine campus.

The PSNI have issued a fresh appeal for information on the murder of James Donegan, who was shot dead outside a school in West Belfast on Tuesday 04 December, 2018. The 43-year-old father, known as Jim, was murdered as he sat waiting to pick up his 13-year-old son in his red Porsche Panamera, registration JDZ34, on the Glen Road in west Belfast. ....

All Pupils Return To School As Restrictions Ease | Northern Ireland News, 12/04/2021


More Covid lockdown restrictions have been eased in Northern Ireland from today, 12 April.
The stay-at-home order has been lifted and the public are being urged to stay local .
All pupils have also returned to school and ten people from two households can meet up in private gardens.
Non-essential shops can also resume click-and-collect services.
Other restrictions that have been eased include the reopening of outdoor retail including:
• New and used car sales
• Garden centres and plant nurseries
• Car washes
• Agricultural machinery retailers
The limit on the number of people allowed to attend a wedding, civil partnership or funeral has also been removed. ....
