Every month since the pandemic began, Jule s Bistro decided to do what they could to help out area non profits who have been hit extra hard this year. The Kindness Cake Campaign stands for C.A.K.E. Culinary Acts of Kindness Everyday.
WHAT IS F.A.C.T?
For the entire month of May, Jule s Bistro s Kindness Cake Campaign will be for F.A.C.T; Feeding Area Children Together. FACT is a non profit organization that was created to provide snacks and meals to children in need on weekends and school breaks.
This month, the purchase of a slice of cake makes a difference near and far!
Last October, Jules Bistro in downtown St. Cloud announced a new culinary campaign called C.A.K.E. An acronym for Culinary Acts of Kindness Encouraged, the campaign sees the bistro partnering with and supporting financially local organizations, charities and programs with a special cake creation. Last month, Jules Bistro revealed a scrumptious, Spring-y Strawberry Lemonade cake. A portion of the proceeds went to support the Boys & Girls Clubs of Central MN.
With April here, Jule s Bistro has announced its latest partnership and culinary work of art. This month’s Kindness Cake campaign features tangy lime curd nestled between mildly-sweet mango coconut cake layers, covered in chocolate ganache and artfully decorated with white and milk chocolate brushstrokes, lime buttercream, dark chocolate-dipped mango slices, toasted coconut flakes and lime zest, the café shared on Facebook. Jule s Bistro s February CAKE for a cause is really serving up the love this February!
We ve come to look forward each month to Jule s Bistro s monthly C.A.K.E. creation. C.A.K.E. is short for Culinary Acts of Kindness Encouraged a culinary campaign to support local organizations, nonprofits and charities. Last month (January), Jule s Bistro partnered with the Tri-County Humane Society for a mouth-watering peanut butter bourbon cake with peanut buttercream, dark chocolate ganache, candied bacon and crushed peanuts! The bistro even included a specially-formulated, vet-approved, made-from-scratch cupcake for your furry family member when you purchased a whole cake, too!
THE CLOCK IS TICKING
Time flies when you re having fun.or eating delicious cake. This month, Jule s Bistro in downtown St. Cloud has featured an amazing one of a kind cake, Peanut Butter Bourbon with Peanut Butter Cream, and covered in candied bacon, dark chocolate ganache, and peanuts. The cake has been created to help benefit the Tri County Humane Society.and time is running out to purchase a piece, or a whole cake to benefit the Tri County Humane Society. The Kindness Campaign features a delicious never before made cake that sells for $136 per cake, or $20 per slice, of which $13 goes to the non profit of the month.
