He has barely stopped smiling since arriving on campus. His dorm room in Hayman Hall, the meals at Simplot Dining Hall, even his proximity to Cruzen-Murray Library, he says it has all been wonderful.
In order to earn this distinction, a library is judged by a seven-person committee on its design achievement, including a sense of place, purpose, ecology, environmental sustainability, and history.
True to the College of Idaho’s vision for the space, the school’s new Cruzen-Murray Library is a light and airy environment that gives students the sense of being surrounded by something much bigger than themselves.
