Wellton Agents Arrest Migrant Convicted of Lewd Acts Upon Child

YUMA, Ariz. – Yuma Sector Border Patrol agents assigned to the Wellton station apprehended a Honduran migrant with a felony conviction for lewd or lascivious acts upon a child under 14 years of age Tuesday night.

The 30-year-old man was apprehended as part of a group of 12 migrants who illegally entered the United States and tried to evade detection and apprehension by traversing through the Cabeza Prieta Wildlife Refuge southeast of Yuma.

Finalists will show off their cocktails and share their stories in front of a live panel of judges. The Finals will then air on July 29th, 2021 at 7:30 PM CST, with viewers getting a chance to cast their vote along with the judges for their favorite cocktail. The bartender with the highest overall score will win the title of 2021 Bourbon Brawl Bartender of the Year .
