Kyiyo hosted its 55th annual powwow, the longest-running student-run powwow in the nation, last weekend, bringing together thousands of members of Indigenous communities for two days of ceremony and celebration.
Holly Old Crow is a traditional Crow dancer, single mother, scholar of two, soon-to-be recipient of three academic degrees, and now the Head Woman of the 2024 Kyiyo Pow Wow.

Thousands filled the Arbor and surrounding grounds during the weekend at the Teepee Capital of the World at Crow Fair. Events included parades, powwows with drumming and dancing, Indian relay and more.
