What year did you work in the Crookston Times newsroom?
I worked in the Crookston Times newsroom (then the Crookston Daily Times) during the summers of 2012 and 2013.
What was your favorite part of your experience at the Times?
My favorite part of working at the Times was connecting with the community of Crookston. I’m not originally from Crookston, and what might seem like just another potluck or just another Night to Unite was a new experience and adventure to me.

City's 2021 street improvement projects boosted by $800K in federal money

Assessments, if impacted property owners prefer, are typically spread out over 10 years and paid along with the City share of property taxes, with a nominal interest rate. Public Works Director
Pat Kelly stresses that none of the cost estimates are final as of now, and that when they are completed a public hearing for each project s assessment will be held and impacted property owners will have a chance to ask questions or voice concerns. ....
