We are at a point tonight with members of the family who held a vigil for the victim and they tell her they are happy about the arrest. Reporter 24yearold Larry Griffin has been arrested in saturdays overnight murder and walnut creek. Courtney brown was gunned down at this intersection as the downtown bars were closing. The suspect is a resident of a point where browns family is holding a vigil. The family describes how they found out about his arrest. I found out from my nephew who was following online. He was looking at it all day and we were so excited and we got justice. We felt very relieved. Reporter the family does not know the suspect and are relieved that he was arrested so soon.
