That is Corporal Neil webb, they were the first on the scene and people were trapped inside and they had to split up. There was an elderly lady trapped and as i went upstairs the door was locked and i was able to kick the door in and the room was full of smoke. But he got her and her door out safely and webb got a couple and their daughter out. And a man and two children a boy and girl were trapped on this balcony. The flames were coming out so bad it was pushing them to the edge of the balcony. I saw coramral we have been come flying across the come across the street and something didnt look right. That balcony was high up and there was no time to waste those kid his to be dropped. And the little girl came straight down and he bear hugged her.
