I’d had a rough few weeks and was feeling like I’d been rode hard and put away wet. Cancer sucks. But I am thankful for the miracle of modern medicine, the brilliance of the doctors at M.D. Anderson in Houston, Texas, and the power of prayer. Thanks to all of the above, I am still standing.
I got the last seat on the last flight out of Houston before iceageddon hit and when I got home went looking for warmer weather and a little rest and relaxation. I found both at the Ritz-Carlton on Amelia Island. I am also thankful for Bonvoy Rewards by Marriott.  ....
