Norwegian salmon farmer Kvaroy Arctic is featuring its products on Microsoft-backed wholesale distribution firm Pod Foods starting Feb. 23, making it easier for US-based retailers to access the company s range of value-added salmon products.
So far, New York s Cherry Hill Markets, Dallas and Austin s Cox Farm Market and Chicagoland s Acron Acres have committed to carrying Kvaroy Arctic through the Pod Foods network, the company said.
