Critical area connecting this portion of Contra Costa County with the maze back and north for the morning commute. The generators in place. That is one point that were following as we kick into phase two affecting these areas and north bay was affected this morning. And highway 1 flowing through the devils slide area and same situation with the generators and the freeways are moving smoothly. It is the local streets and roadways that are concern as that kicks in and the evening commute and the afternoon progress because folks returning home may find signals on surface streets out and that is a huge issue, treat that as a fourway stop if there is no lights. Over here there may be no light and tomorrow morning.
