Kingston Health Sciences Centre is no longer enforcing a universal mask rule in its emergency department, children's outpatient clinic or urgent care centre.
The civil aviation ministry today said the use of masks is not compulsory during air travel but passengers should preferably use them amid the declining number of coronavirus cases.
