Week #4 of 2024 turned out to be a very wet and cold week which I guess is slightly better than snow and ice paralization. But the criminal activity returned as well which led to a total number of arrests last week of 63. Bowie County Deputies brought in 17 of those, an additional 28 were brought in by other law enforcement agencies and turned over to Bowie County Deputies.

It was the last full week of October, the spookiest time of the year indeed, and things pretty much stayed the same again. According to the latest Sheriff's Report, Bowie County saw 53 arrests last week. Out of the total, 28 were made by Bowie County Deputies, and the remaining 25 were made by other law enforcement agencies in the area who then handed them over to the county.
