Let me begin by saying that yes, Americans do want and love e-bikes:
At one point people who can afford Teslas were provided a $7,500 tax credit. I think a $5,000 voucher for an e-bike is reasonable. We also need a massive investment in creating all ages, all abilities cycling infrastructure. Sometimes it s as simple as car free streets.
