Feds arrest man pardoned by ex-Kentucky Gov Matt Bevin

Patrick Baker, the Kentucky man who then-Gov. Matt Bevin (R-Ky.) pardoned in 2019 after being convicted of reckless homicide, was arrested again on Sunday in connection with the same death he was previously found guilty for. The Louisville Courier Journal reported that the U.S. Marshals Service arrested Baker, 43, on Sunday. He is being held at the Laurel County Correctional Center. The charges listed on the correction centers website say “federal prisoner held-in transit/court/serveout.” ADVERTISEMENT Baker was convicted of reckless homicide, first-degree robbery, tampering with evidence and impersonating a police officer in 2017 in connection with the death of Donald Millis, who was killed in front of his wife and three children during a home invasion in 2014, according to The Courier Journal.
