MIDLAND  More Michiganders can eat indoors at restaurants and attend large outdoor events, following an announcement Thursday from Gov. Gretchen Whitmer that the state will ease more COVID-19 regulations. 
All outdoor capacity restrictions will be lifted June 1, and any indoor social gathering can proceed at 50% capacity, according to the new plan.  ....
