대권주자 윤석열 전 검찰총장의 장모 최모씨가 병원 불법 설립, 요양급여 편취 혐의로 1심에서 법정구속됐다. 법원은 국민건강보험공단에 끼친 피해가 22억원에 이르고, 책임 회피에 바쁜 최씨 태도를 감안할 때 구속할 수밖에 없다고 판단했다.

의정부지법 형사합의13부(정성균 부장판사)는 2일 의료법 위반, 특정경제범죄 가중처벌법 상 사기 혐의로 기소된 최씨에 대해 징역 3년을 선고하고 법정구속했다.
이번 사건에서 최씨는 2012년 동업자들과 거짓 서류를 꾸며 영리 목적의 요양병원을 불법 설립하고 운영한 혐의를 받았다. 병원을 불법 운영하면서 2013년부터 약 2년 간 보험공단으로부터 요양� ....
