Rocky Mount Police Department in Franklin County, issued an alert for the missing female juveniles Tuesday morning. Police indicated they might have run away and might be in Pulaski in the company of one of the youth’s biological mother, Melissa Dawn Trainer.

PULASKI — Four persons have been arrested in connection with a double homicide investigation that intensified last weekend after the discovery of a body in the New River.
