“The impacts of our public health providers are vital to the well-being of our residents,” said Mayor Mitch Roth in a statement. “It’s not just about treating illnesses; it’s about promoting wellness, preventing disease, and fostering a community where everyone can thrive. Our commitment to public health is a commitment to caring for each other and ensuring a healthier future for all.”
These events are for household-generated and self-hauled waste only. Business, government agency, nonprofit agency, or farm wastes are prohibited by law. Latex paint, electronic waste and tires will not be accepted.
The program provides a learning experience that allows local youth to explore first-hand the history, values and customs of traditional and indigenous cultures across the globe.
