The Clackamas County Board of Commissioners will consider defunding its nearly $830,000 budget for diversity, equity and inclusion after Commissioner Mark Shull – who previously drew scrutiny for comparing vaccine passports to Jim Crow laws and COVID-19 restrictions to the Holocaust – moved to strike the funding.
