Authorities say the shooting stemmed from nothing
After Rakayo A. Vinson, 24, bumped shoulders with someone in the bar, a fight broke out between him and a group of people, according to details Kenosha County Sheriff David Beth and Kenosha County District Attorney Michael Graveley shared Monday. Vinson was punched in the face during the altercation.
After the fight, Vinson was taken aside by the tavern owner to calm him down. Once that conversation ended, Vinson returned to the group and began shooting, officials said. He fatally shot three of the friends.
