GLENMOORE â It was canceled last year due to the pandemic, but Citadel Country Spirit USA music festival will take place Aug. 27-29 at Ludwigâs Corner Horse Show Grounds. The festival typically attracts tens of thousands of people.
Festival producers announced there will be limited capacity this year. In addition, a few changes will be made to the site ensuring that those who choose to socially distance may do so while still seeing the show.

CHESTER COUNTY, PA It s official. The Citadel Country Spirit USA music festival is on for August 2021 in Chester County, with some adjustments.
Citadel Country Spirit USA, Philadelphia s Country Music Festival, is happening Aug. 27-29 at Ludwig s Corner Horse Show Grounds in Chester County. The 2020 festival was postponed to 2021 due to the pandemic.
