今年上半年，在以习近平同志为核心的党中央坚强领导下，我国统筹疫情防控和经济社会发展成果持续巩固，外贸进出口稳中向好、再创佳绩。据海关统计，今年上半年我国货物贸易进出口总值18.07万亿元人民币，比去年同期增长27.1%。其中，出口9.85万亿元，增长28.1%；进口8.22万亿元，增长25.9%。与2019年同期相比，进出口、出口、进口分别增长22.8%、23.8%、21.7%。具体看，主要有以下六方面特点：
一是进出口连续13个月同比正增长。6月，我国外贸进出口3.29万亿元，同比增长22%，自2020年6月份起连续第13个月实现同比正增长。
二是与主要贸易伙伴进出口增长势头良好。上半年，我国对前三大贸易伙伴东盟、欧盟、美国分别进出口2.66万亿、2.52万亿、2.21万亿元，分别增长27.8%、2 ....

　　值得注意的是，下半年面临的不确定性仍存，稳外贸政策还将持续加力。《经济参考报》记者注意到，近期以来，从中央相关部门到地方政府都在积极部署，出台了一系列政策举措，其中既包括支持外贸新业态新模式发展的顶层设计文件，也有跨境电商综试区等平台的贸易便利化创新发展探索。分析指出，在业态模式创新带动下，我国外贸迎来更为强劲的增长动能，尽管下半年增速或将放缓，但全年仍有望保持较快增长。

　　除了规模再创新高，上半年外贸还呈现诸多亮点。从区域来看，发展更加协调。其中，中西部地区民营企业进出口增速达44.6%，增速比民营企业整体增速高出了9.5个百分点。民营企业进出口增速前10位的省份中，有8个来自我国中西部地区。
