Manuel M. Ribeiro, 93, of Wareham, formerly of Norton, passed peacefully February 28, 2021, at his home. 
He was born in Taunton and was the son of the late August and Antonia Ribeiro.
He is survived by his loving wife Mary, brothers John and August, sons James and David and daughter Lizabeth Peterson. He has four grandchildren, Jessica, Diana, Kyle and Sydney and a great granddaughter Olivia.
He was educated in Norton public schools and served in the U.S. Marines.  
Along with his two brothers, he owned Frates Dairy in Norton, Sharon Manor in Sharon and Country Haven Nursing Home in Norton, of which he was also the administrator. Upon retirement, he was able to devote more time to his love of saltwater boating and fishing. ....
