有多名来自昆明的房地产中介告诉红星资本局，昆明部分地区的房价的确在降。一方面，是郊区新楼盘的开发商做活动；另一方面，部分二手房的成交价有所下降，但降幅并不明显。
红星资本局注意到，网上有消息称，昆明部分楼盘的房价已经重回5年前，价格不到7000元/㎡。

红星资本局从御龙春晓的置业顾问张双（化名）处了解到，
“我们上次做了活动后，效果比较明显，现在正在推第二次活动，也是这个价格。不过，单价6900元的房源楼层比较低、朝向可能也不太好。”张双对红星资本局说。
而锐理数据显示，在今年上半年（1-6月），昆明市的商品住宅成交均价为15670元/㎡。 ....
