Present were: President- Marnie Dietz, City Auditor – Faith Van Horn Alderpersons: Denise Dietz & Burt Cook Absent: Troy Finneman & Jason Lee City Council Meeting Minutes from October 10, 2022 were read and approved as written. Department Reports: Lagoon/Landfill/Streets- Street signs need to be replaced. Grounds – Nothing new to report. Water/Sewer – Waiting on new water meters to be replaced. Buildings – Nothing new to report. Discussion • Discussion of Southwest Water rate increase for 2023. Auditor Wages: $531.94 RTC Network: $144.28 Faith VH Reimbursement: $59.26 MDU: $706.26 City of Beach: $119.60 Olson Service: $513.65 SW Water Authority: $720.83 Denise Diez motioned to approve payment of bills.
