I remind my colleagues that section 310 b of the budget act states when more than one committee of the house or senate is directed to determine and recommend changes, each such committee so directed shall promptly made determinations and submit said recommendations to the committee of the budget of its house which upon receiving all such recommendations shall report to the house its reconciliation legislation carrying out all such recommendations without any substantive revision.
